Broken Games. HollyWood Video?

Ok So i have 3 broken games. And Tommorow my grandma is going to drive me to hollywood video. Do they offer Free Resurfacing if the game is scratched Cause i herd rumors if u scratch a game that theyll resurface it for you if not please tell me :) Also the games I Want to Resurface Are From kicking The XboX Well I Didnt My Bro Did. And They Got Deep Circle Gouges. Would this be fixable. i Tryed Everything and will they resurface games that arent bought from there store? Cause i Need Critical InfoZ!!!
