Do women like anticipation?

When it comes to , do women like getting teased? I know some women like to tease a lot, but do they like being on the other side of the act? Let's say a couple is hanging out. If the guy starts to suggest things about to the chick, and is within reach of getting things started, but then pulls back, waits for a little bit, and does the process over again until she's pretty much exploding with anticipation, is she gonna like that? it's sort of like a small chase game. So, do women like this instead of us just being straightforward and saying "let's f**k" ?
