Do you think Obama would not be president if he were not black? Doesn't that make it affirmative action?

Doesn't affirmative action mean we give Obama preferential treatment? Had Bush found and executed Osama an unarmed man, who was not read his Myranda rights, where we illegally in an act of war entered a foreign country without permission or even notification of that country been forced to step down for high crimes and misdemeanors. But Obama gets a p either because he is Black or because he is a Liberal Democrat? Either way do you think laws don't apply to Democrats and we should not expect any kind of fairness or logic from Democrats?
