How can I convince my mom to let me get my eye brows done?

I pluck in the middle and get mine either threaded or waxed. Do you have any money? Maybe tell your mom that you will pay for them yourself. Or just tell her that you're really self conscious of them and you would feel a lot better about yourself if you could get them waxed. Let me warn you though - waxing hurts a LOT. Threading hurts 10x less. Also, good call on not plucking anywhere but the middle. Unless you have a lot of experience with it, you could end up ruining the whole eyebrow shape. Also, be careful with plucking in the middle. My friend once wasn't careful enough and she ended up plucking away part of her eyebrow, making her eyebrows look very far apart. Good luck!
