How can i immigrate to Belgium through studying there?

i have a bachelor degree in English literature and i wanna study the masters degree and the PHD in living languages , i'm from kuwait and i'm 27 years old and i speak Arabic , English and Spanish , my reasons of immigration is that i converted to Christianity and i don't like the islamization of the laws here , whats my chances ?
