How to do a kickflip?

omg im trying to kickflip and people keep telling me all thid different stuff. im so frustrated u have no idea. i was about to break my board in half. i can only ollie lke 5 inches off the ground but ive seen people kickflip way lower. plz i really need help. youtube videos are no help at all, my friends arent reliable, so i need people around the u.s. to help me. so far all the board does is fly out and spin a little. and a few times i actually made it spin but it still flew out. so again plz help me because i really dnt wanna let money go down the drain by breaking this freaking board. plz help me.
