How to get pregnant from a guy who only has a 5% chance of having children?

I have bn with this guy now for quite some time now and were looking to have a child but he only has a 5% chance of having children, because he had the snip when he was 17, he had it reversed but he's worrying that he won't be able to get me pregnant, as he really would like children with me! any ideas?
