I am 15, 170 pounds, and 5'4". Diet and exercise help?
There are alot of cardio exercises you can do without even leaving the comforts of your room. Most of them are on youtube, just type in cardio workouts and you will get a bunch of videos of how to work out at home, they are very helpful. Just be really careful to stretch really good before you do any of them because even though it seems to be alot easier it really is not and if you them wrong you can pull a muscle and do some serious damage. And by the way milk has fat, so you should really try to switch to soy milk or at least 2% or skim.
