My guinea pig has been injured and the vetrinary hospital is closed...?

I have 2 male guinea pigs who were getting along for the most part, once in a while they were scrapping but nothing serious. Yesturday my guinea pig (Sammy) scratched my other guinea pig (Hado) eye. He was okay and he can still see just fine. But just a little while ago I heard them fighting so I went downstairs and separated them. When I looked at Hado I saw that his nose had been "ripped", it looked like Sammy put a claw in Hado's nostril and pulled down and left a big bloody gash. Hado was squeaking in pain and he was actually crying, he had tears in his eyes. I put some polys on it and separated my pigs, is there anything i should do? I can't take him to the vet today because nothing is open. Should I take him to the vet tomorrow? And is there anything I can do for him for the time being?
