Need directions in space pls not kidding!?

I was looking at an article about the wow signal and it says the signal originated from: This region of the sky lies in the constellation Sagittarius, roughly 2.5 degrees south of the fifth-magnitude star group Chi Sagittarii. and the distance is 221 � 17 ly wtf does tat mean in real numbers?????
