What should I do about this girl?

me and her work together and Ive had a crush on her for a while. so on friday we got really drunk and hooked up and she asked me about what I was looking for in a relationship while we were still drunk. that night I stayed with her because she got really sick. the next morning we cuddled and talked for about an hour. at this point we are sober. anyways, I thought we had something going after that. so after we got done talking we went on with our days, she did her thing I did mine and then later that day we chilled again. the problem was that her ex bf's best friend was in town and had nowhere to stay so he stayed at her aptm. according to her she doesn't want anything to do with this guy but her ex's friend always brings him up when they hangout. so in order to not make things more awkward than what they were she asked me to keep the pda in the down low so that he doesn't say anything to her ex since me and her just started to hangout and she doesn't want to deal with other potential drama. however, me and her held hands under the table and i would kiss her every chance the guy turned around lol. so now here is the confusing thing; if it's not confusing enough yet. she is really into her studies and doest like to be bothered while she studies so she says that hanging out wont be an option this week. this is confusing to me because im trying to get to know her better and I feel like she is just pushing me away for some reason. idk if it's cus she still likes her ex or because she is just not that into me? even though she never pushes me away when we kiss and always holds my hand and Im the one that gets tired of holding her hand lol. should i just move on to the next girl or should I be more patient and give her space? i've gotten hurt very recently so I dont want to get hurt again by being played with. also she is not very slutty so I dont think the hookup would have happened with just any guy
