Whats this movie called?

Its a movie where like this guy likes this girl and he asks the dad if he can take her out. And the dad says have her back by like 7. And he whinds the clock back so he can have her out longer. Then he is on a farious wheel with her and he feels on her. And then they start liking each other. She has this friend thats another guy(just friends) and her bf gets pissed and he tells this guy to leave her alone and the guy is like she just a friend man. And her bf says leave her alone so when the guy is walking home he takes a shortcut in the woods and the bf chases him down and snaps his neck. Then he tatoos himself on the chest in the shower. Then they notice he is obsessed and psycho and he trys to murder the family. I think it might be a leonardo decaprio film but not sure.
