Could i be addicted to pills???And what to do?

I started use caffetin bcs pain.... And i used it about two years now...Later i notice that i feel better and like relaxed, happy and stuff everytime i take a pill...If i dont take i feel depressed , down, and like i dont wanna talk with noone.... So i stated takeing pills just to feel better....And it works.... But i dont wanna do it anymore, i wanna be happy and normal without pills... I use Caffetin it has 10 mg of codein phosphate its like somekinda opiae wich help reduce pain, domething like that....
