Does it bother anyone else that Obama keeps giving the government more and more power?

I just read he is expanding the NSC (NAtional Security Council) power to include, energy, climate change and building infrastructure. What the heck does that have to do with the NSC? People should be watching and beware of all the undermined sneaky slip under the radar things that are going on with this "transparent" administration. As a magician I now the easiest way to do magic is right under your nose. Obama has this down to an art form.
