How can I write an ysis essay on "Do Not Go Gentle Into That Good Night" or Shakespeare's Sonnet 18?

I have an in cl essay to do today and one of the topics we're allowed to choose from is to write an ysis on a poem we've read and the two I have mentioned are the two I understand best. How would I go about writing an essay on either of them?
