What can i do for my friend on her birthday at school?

im pretty sure her other BFF (who doesnt hang out with us) will decorate her locker and give her balloons and cupcakes(like last year) but me and my others friends don't really like her, so they dont want to collaborate. i really wanted to get up earlier, and put the gifts in her locker and have a note that says Narnia on her locker, but i dont think we are getting lockers yet. =/ so what are some cool things we can do (like stuff to buy at party city). our school doesnt allow streamers or anything.
