Gourami attacking help 10 points?

Hi I have a 26 gallon with filter, air, heater and I understand that I need to do a water change every week or two. I just bought 5 neon tetra, 2 glo fish, 3 platy, 5 molly, 4 male guppies and 2 female guppies, 1 gourami opaline all the fishes are small and is house in the 26g tank . I also bought a male betta but I have put it in my 4 gallon biorb by himself. I understand that gourami can be temperamental and now after a couple of hours gourami is being har by platy and he himself is also haring others. I was wondering if I can transfer my male betta from 4gallon biorb to the 26g with those fishes about and move gourami to the biorb?
